1) Speak with Taval Zane, an inn patron, in the inn.
2) Speak with Jana Windstream outside the scribe shop.
3) Search the cart near Jana (right click on the crate and follow the wolf tracks).
4) Slay a rabid wolf that will spawn.
5) Return to Davyn Thornbranch.
6) Speak with Aelis.
