Haste and DPS Mods

• Haste and DPS are now shown as a modified score instead of a percentage.

• The Haste and DPS mods can be increased to a rating of 200

• Haste and DPS mods also use a diminishing returns curve to determine the amount of attack speed and DPS modification. This is a 125% modification when reaching the 200 point capped value and a 100% modification when raching the 100 point value.

• The values for most DPS and Haste spells have been increased slightly.
