How to Get Steam's AoM Client
Check Out this video gLO4T made for us!!!
First, you go to https://store.steampowered.com/about/ then you click install steam now, after it is done, you open steam, now create a account or sign in.
Second, you click store, then you type Everquest II, now just click "Play Game", wait for it to install, (Note: it is very important not to open Everquest 2 through steam, it will update Everquest 2 to the newest version of the game!)
Third, go to your steam library then right click everquest 2, then click properties, now go to "LOCAL FILES" then click "BROWSE LOCAL FILES", It will take you the the Everquest2 folder.
Forth, you want to find eq2_default.ini and open it with a text editor (I will use Notepad). It should look like this

Instead of doing Third, Forth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh step you can just use our launcher
Setting Up Our Launcher

Second, Login with username anonymous (no password)
Third, Click the little hammer and wrench icon
Forth, Click Clients click Add
Fith, Name it (I will call it AoM)
Sixth, Press the 3 dots by Client Location
Seventh, navigate to this PC "C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Everquest 2" (Location might be different)
Eighth, click Save then click Done.

You have now finished installing! Remember if you did not delete EQ2.exe and LaunchPad.exe never use them, it will update the game and change your eq2_default.ini file. Always use Everquest2.exe while running the game!
If you did not setup an account you can do so here Account Management
Now open Everquest2.exe then sign it with what you just created then it should work! Congrats!
If you ever have issues join us on Discord, and/or the forums and someone will help you!
Enjoy your EQ2Emulator!!!!!!
