Q: I cannot log on to the server. When I try to login it says my character is already in the game. What can I do?
A. The server will need to be restarted. This can be done in the web editor under the admin section. In the bottom left corner is the link Reset EQ2DB Server that you need to click. Then click the rest button on the page after the page loads and wait for 5 min to allow server to reboot.
Q: WTH!!! Why did my screen go all orange? I see outlines of some things, but mostly it's all one color. How do I fix it?
