The EQ2Emulator project is currently working on database milestone 2 and will be more detailed than in previous content design, because now we are more sure of what we want. Adherence to these processes is absolutely mandatory -- no "renegade" zone building will be allowed. Do it how we instruct, or please don't do it at all.
If you are interested in becoming a developer then there are some requirements that must be met before submitting for approval. The very first thing needed is a client*¹ that will connect to the server along with a character on your account. If/when you meet these requirements get in touch with Jabantiz or Cynnar by a pm.
