However, after proving their mettle during the Battle of Defiance, the Iksar were allowed to live freely in the Scale Yard. For the sake of the example I have put a break in there but you would want this all to be a single line. The spell ID 5022 is the spell "take shackles" which is required by this quest when taking shackles off a wall. The shackles on the wall are a "sign" and have a primary command of "take shackles".
