Q. I cannot log on to the server. When I try to login it says my character is already in the game.
A. The server will need to be restarted. This can be done in the web editor under the admin section. In the bottom left corner is the link Reset EQ2DB Server that you need to click. Then click the rest button on the page after the page loads and wait for 5 min to allow server to reboot.

 A: This happens when it rains. This is because your client version has a slightly different packet structure that the server has. Our structs will have to be updated to resolve the problem. Until it is resolved here are a few temporary fixes to try.
   /rain 0
 If that doesn't work then camp for a moment. This will allow the zone to shut down. When you login to the zone again it will boot up. This reset will cause the rain to stop.
 Note: It is possible for it to start raining after logging off and back on again. This is due to weather being random.
